At American Access we are the facilitator for our clients- a service to help contractors understand ADA specifications and the patient’s needs.
We specialize in home modifications to assist the patient to experience freedom, know mobility and gain access.
- A trained employee of American Access will visit with the patient or case worker on every job. We listen to what the patient needs are and provide options to meet those needs.
- American Access will meet with 2 or 3 qualified contractors on site and will communicate the work that is needed to be accomplished. We will ensure that accessibility is the key focus.
- American Access will choose the best options and the most cost efficient quote. We will provide the quote in detail.
- American Access will manage the job, communicate with the patient as progress is made, and keep the contractor on target to complete the job in a timely manner.
- American Access will finish a job with a job satisfaction certificate signed by the patient and sent to you for your records along with finished photos.
